Public Security Directorate Warns of Atmospheric Instability Conditions

Al-Taj News – The Public Security Directorate called upon citizens to exercise caution and vigilance, in light of the state of atmospheric instability the Kingdom is witnessing, and the accompanying rainfall, formation of torrents, and rising water levels in some areas.

The Directorate urged adherence to the following preventive guidelines:

● Staying away from valley sides, torrent streams, and water gathering areas.

● Not risking crossing roads witnessing a rise in water levels, whether on foot or by vehicle.

● Exercising caution and vigilance while driving in areas witnessing rainfall, and leaving sufficient safe distance between vehicles.

● Not hesitating to call the unified emergency phone number (911) when needed, or in the event of any emergency.

The Public Security Directorate emphasized the importance of adhering to the guidelines and instructions issued by the competent authorities, in order to preserve public safety, calling on everyone to cooperate and take the necessary preventive measures to avoid accidents and hazards that may result from the weather conditions.
